Bob Muffler
Bob Muffler opened his business in May of 1979, after graduating from Niagara University with a B.A. in Business Education. He is an “On Your Side” certified agent, a distinction that has been given to few New York agents. He has served on the New York Property and Casualty Advisory Board for Nationwide Insurance.
Bob is on the Board of Habitat for Humanity, Lockport, Inc. and is a member of the Niagara USA Chamber of Commerce. He lives in Lockport where he and his wife Jeanne have raised their three children. He is a member of St. John the Baptist Church and has played for years on the Men’s 9-hole Tuesday night golf league at Willowbrook Golf Course.
Kevin Muffler
Kevin is a second generation Nationwider who has been with the agency since 2010. He graduated from SUNY Cortland in 2008 where he was involve in many campus activities. For recreatin Kevin loves all sports. In particular he is a big Buffalo Bills fan.
Staff
The rest of the office is staffed with two very capable women, Jeanne & Colleen. Jeanne, Bob’s wife, is also a graduate of Niagara University and has worked in the office off and on for the last 30 years. Some of Jeanne’s outside activities include golf, Odyssey of the Mind, and Crafting.
Colleen is a graduate of St. Thomas Aquinas College and has been with the agency since 1996. Along with raising two great kids in this area, she is very involved with the youth of her church, is a published poet, and avid runner.
